The LaSpaziale Mini-Vivaldi II offers an extra layer of sophistication over the Vivaldi S1. This dual boiler, one group machine offers outstanding temperature control and impressive reserves of steam for that perfect milk-foam finish. The mini Vivaldi II (pictured) includes a tank, vibration pump and pressure gauge. What we like is that the mini is able to be set for a particular temperature and adjusted simply so we could sample different flavour profiles by just small temperature adjustments. Front mounted water reservoir makes it easy to fill and you don’t need to disturb cups on top of the machine.
